Service Pricing Update

Effective 1st December 2025

To maintain our commitment to delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality services, a pricing and service structure update will take effect on 1st December 2025.

Backup Services

Cloud Backup Plans: Increasing by $10 per month to reflect higher cloud storage and vendor costs.

Local Backup: We’ve been providing local backups at no additional charge as an added safeguard.

From 1st December, this will become an optional add-on service for clients who wish to continue with local backups.

Please contact us at accounts@posdirect.com.au if you would like to retain this service for $20 per month added onto the Cloud Backup Plan.

Backup Configuration on New or Replacement Devices

When a computer or server is replaced, our team will reinstall and configure your backup service to ensure full data protection and verification on the new system.

To cover the setup time and validation process, a one-off installation fee of $85 will apply for each new or replacement devices.

ScriptCapture

Monthly subscription pricing will increase by $15 per month on all licenses.

New or Replacement Devices

When a computer or server is replaced that is holding the ScriptCapture software our team will reinstall the software and a one-off installation fee of $110 will apply.

Cyber Alerts

Pricing will increase by $15 per month to reflect vendor and technology costs.

This supports ongoing enhancements to network protection, threat monitoring, and compliance tools.

These updates allow us to maintain strong, proactive protection against latest cyber threats.

Remote and Onsite Support

To reflect rising operational costs, our onsite and remote support rates will be increasing by the following:

Remote Service: $20 per month

Remote Service Plus: $25 per month

Standard Service: $30 per month

Total Service: $55 per month

Managed Desktop: $5 per month

Managed Server: $15 per month

Managed Network: $55 per month

Service Scope Changes:

Our Remote Service, Service Plus, Standard and Total Support Plans are now considered legacy products and are no longer being offered to new customers in their current form. Existing clients on legacy support plans will continue under their current agreements.

365 Licensing

To align with Microsoft global price increases and ensure consistency across our client base, we will be standardising all Microsoft 365 license pricing.

The update applies to the following plans per month:

Microsoft 365 Business Apps – $16.50 per license

Microsoft 365 Business Basic – $11.50 per license

Microsoft 365 Business Standard – $28.50 per license

Microsoft 365 Business Premium – $41.20 per license

Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 – $67 per license

Microsoft 365 Exchange Only Plan 1 – $7.55 per license

Clients may see a small adjustment in their monthly subscription amount depending on their current plan and existing pricing.

Terms and Conditions Changes

Pos Direct will review its service pricing annually to reflect changes in vendor costs, labour, inflation, and operational expenses. As part of this review, an annual price adjustment of up to 5% will be applied to the contracted service rates across our portfolio of products and services.

Clients will be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to any price adjustment taking effect.

Billing and Direct Debits

All direct debit payments will be automatically adjusted in line with the new pricing structures from 1st December 2025.

Adjustments will appear on your December invoice and apply to future billing cycles.
